I am a baking fiend. Wonder where those yummy Christmas treats come from? My freezer is already starting to fill up. I am out of eggs though, and Alex is in the middle of a RedBox, so we will postpone our grocery run for a few minutes.
Yesterday, between 3 of us, we make pineapple up-side down cake, pumpkin cinnamon rolls, and cream cheese brownies. There were 3 adults and 2 children in the house to consume these delights. I came home ready to vomit from all the sugar. So, today, I bake to give away - got a coupla soldiers on my list, and the start of the Xmas cookies... YUM
